Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) serves the city with direct flights from most major hubs. The venue is approximately 20 minutes from the airport.
Who doesn't love a good road trip! If you'd prefer to sit back and enjoy the ride, the luxury motor coach service Vonlane offers daily routes from Fort Worth, Dallas, and Houston to Austin, with drop-off at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Austin - University Area.
Simply head down to the 7th floor where the ceremony and reception will be held.
The hotel is walkable from many downtown locations. Rideshare services (Uber, Lyft, Fetii) are also readily available. Upon arrival, head straight to the elevators and proceed to the 7th floor.
Our room block rate at $319 (before taxes and fees) is available for Friday and Saturday night and is very limited. If you need nights before or after, check the link below but if they aren't showing - please call the hotel and reference the block code (SKW116) or contact the Event Service Coordinator, Roselyn Ramirez (rramirez@hotelzaza.com).

Please RSVP no later than September 30, 2026. The Hotel ZaZa block will remain open until that date as well, although we recommend booking earlier to ensure availability.
Hotel ZaZa is a valet-only hotel. Parking is $59 per night. We strongly encourage any guests not staying at Hotel Zaza to walk or use rideshare to the event.
The ceremony doors will close precisely at 4:30 pm. No entry will be allowed once the doors have closed.
We ask that our guests refrain from using their phones during the ceremony, but we welcome you to take photos throughout cocktail hour and the reception! After the wedding, please upload any photos you have to [link TBD] so we can enjoy seeing our night through the eyes of our guests.
Absolutely! Our wedding is black tie optional, meaning men are expected to be in a suit and tie and women are expected to be in a mid or full length dress. While not a requirement, we encourage our guests to dress up and be their most fabulous! A bespoke suit jacket, sequins and all things extras are more than welcome. If you really want to make the bride's day, think Met Gala Extravaganza — specifically the greatest Met Gala theme of all time, Heavenly Bodies :)
